Shipping Restriction

Any items notified by our courier companies to be restricted and/or banned and/or prohibited from time to time(including but not limited to animals, bullion, currency, bearer from negotiable instruments, precious metals and stones, firearms or parts thereof and ammunition, human remains, pornography and illegal narcotics/drugs).

Important Information

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24- 72 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of shipping. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been shipped. All orders require a signature upon receipt.

When Do We Deliver

All orders within India will take about 3-4 business days for delivery from the date of dispatch. International orders take a minimum of 7 business days for delivery from the date of shipping. Further information on the order status can be provided by our customer care upon request.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is offered to only customers in India. For customers outside India, free shipping is only applicable if the order value exceeds ₹5,0 00.

Taxes and Duties

For Indian Customers

Product Prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.

For International Customers

Most countries are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Order Cancellation, Returns and Exchanges

 

 

You acknowledge that these terms of returns and exchange are limited to direct sale by us to you and that these terms of returns and exchange are not available in case of a sale by third party and invoice which shall be governed by the terms of such sale. We may accept returns for account credit only. For this purpose, we must receive the merchandise within 2 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by you. Goods will be returned only if they are returned in their original packaging. We do not provide a refund on any goods sold. Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement or store credit if they meet our terms and conditions. Since we keep limited inventory and do not always have all sizes available, under such circumstances, the store credit can be used whenever you shop with us next time. All conditions applicable to the return of goods shall also apply to the exchange of goods.

You can request for a cancellation if your order is not shipped. To cancel your order, simply email us at hello@thelittlebaublebox.com  with subject line ‘Request for cancellation’. Cancellation takes up to 3-4 business days and is upon the discretion of the company.

To return an item, the customer must write to us at hello@thelittlebaublebox.com, a prompt response is assured to such emails. Alternatively, the customer may even what’s app at our customer care number +91 – 9920193169 which remains open 24 hours on 6 DAYS (Monday to Saturday). We are not liable for any damages caused to the product during transit.

Our terms and conditions pertaining to returns and exchange is as follows:- If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a credit and purchase the new item separately. Our return and exchange policy are, however, subject to the following:

(a) Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. please inform our customer care department in the event of any Goods/products delivered without tags

(b) Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and price tags should be included with your return.

(c)Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.

(d) Goods are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining store credit, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.

(g) All custom made orders are non-returnable.

(h) All sale items are non-returnable.

(i) In case of any return/store-credit or exchange, the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

(j) Once a customer emails us for exchange, and we get the pick up done, he/she can’t ask for store credit.

(l) We may accept returns for account credit only. For this purpose, the customer needs to notify us within 2 days from the date of delivery.
